Can I play for real money while located in the United States of America (or territories of the USA)?

No. In accordance with the terms of our agreement with the U.S. Department of justice, players from the USA are prohibited from participating in games for money until such time as the relevant rules and legislation will not allow this. The terms of the agreement contain a clear point that Full Tilt Poker to apply for such license, when such a possibility is suggested by the U.S. government.
