TUTORIAL ON CARDING USPS.

I have some domestic label to create on USPS and it's giving me problem after creating the first one and batch. This i do not understand so i decided to share on this forum for discussion if anyone can be of helping sharing it's tutorial so i can solve the problem.

I tried carding it directly from my PC also on RDP yet it's not going through.

I use mac address changer and also HDD serial Changer after cleaning PC.

So please can someone share the best idea to get through them.
