Problem concerning opening fraud accounts
 

Hello to all
I came with a new issue in regarding the fraud accounts that you might have stumble into. Maybe to tried to register multiple accounts to elance and after a time being it said sth about "error code 102". I contacted the support department and "Your account was terminated due to fraudulent activity and will not be reinstated. Warm Regards, Elance Billing and Payments".
I used the smac and stz blaster but still no effect.
I think there are 2 reasons: either using socks/proxies or the cc city address is different from socks/proxy city.
Any advices post pls here or pm me
