New Visa and Mastercard chip card
 

Hi :)
So I'm in trouble and need help to understand ;)
As you know (or not) all US cards will be replaced by chip or/and EMV cards in october 2015. This means I think that magnetic stripes are useless. It also means that msr 206... are also useless because if a chip card is used at atm or pos allowing chip reading, priority is given to the chip.
So what kind of reader/writer should I use for this kind of cards ? which software (thinking Jerm don't encode chips)(maybe basic or Java coded)?
Is it possible to clone these kind of cards knowing that a specific code is generated for each transaction ?
All noob questions that I'm asking ! lol !
I don't find real tuts or links to learn about this.
Could you help me please ?
